Shipping policy

Shipping Overview

All orders are shipped from our German warehouse across Europe and no duties will be charged on delivery to EU countries. We have Standard and Express shipping options and full details are shown below for each country. 

All orders placed before 11:30am CET Monday - Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:30am CET Friday will ship on the following Monday. 

We offer free shipping to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Italy and Spain. For other countries please see the rates provided at check out. 

Please note that whilst the couriers do regularly attempt delivery on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. Please keep monitoring your tracking information to get the most up-to-date estimate for delivery date. 

If an incorrect address is applied at checkout, you have 15 minutes after the order is placed to update this. Please check your order confirmation email for instructions to make changes to your order within 15 minutes of you placing the order.

We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses. If you wish to get a parcel redelivered once it is returned to us, this would be subject to a €10 charge. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
